Competitive salary range: $140,000‑$170,000 base per year depending on experience PLUS Comprehensive Benefits Package.

As our Software Development Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of skilled developers, ensuring delivery of high‑quality software products while actively participating in technical discussions, code reviews and problem‑solving to drive innovation within our organization.

• Provide strategic technical leadership and management for our software development team.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Manage all the devices and applications team members use in the project (project management, source control, CI/CD pipeline, cloud hosting, IDEs, and other development tools).
• Manage strategic timelines, resources and budgets, allowing time for resolution of unexpected issues.
• Develop and maintain team processes, methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product management, design and other cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure high‑quality code standards and robust testing protocols.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend cutting‑edge solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in development practices and team performance.
• Participate in technical architecture discussions and solution design.
• Assist in recruitment efforts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor and coach team members to promote professional growth.
• Perform code reviews and enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of proven management experience in a software development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong hands‑on technical background with modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high‑performing technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong rapport and ability to develop professional relationships internally and externally.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
• Version control systems (TFS).
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
