As a Full Stack Software Engineer on the AI Innovation Team, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent, data-driven applications and platforms that leverage advanced analytics and machine learning. You'll collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and business experts to prototype, productize, and scale innovative healthcare technology solutions—from predictive models to intelligent automation and visualization tools. You will work across the full stack—from back-end APIs and databases to front-end user experiences—bringing AI concepts into practical, scalable solutions that improve business and clinical outcomes.

• Design, develop, and deploy full‑stack applications supporting AI and data‑driven insights (React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Build scalable APIs and microservices to integrate machine learning models, data pipelines, and operational systems.
• Develop intuitive front‑end interfaces for visualization, monitoring, and human‑in‑the‑loop AI interactions.
• Partner with data scientists to operationalize AI models and integrate them into production workflows.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops, Data Ops, and Cloud teams to ensure scalable, secure deployment.
• Participate in design thinking sessions and innovation sprints to prototype and validate new concepts.
• Write clean, testable, well‑documented code following software engineering best practices.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security compliance (HITRUST, HIPAA).
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Evaluate emerging technologies in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and automation frameworks.
• Build proof‑of‑concept projects to demonstrate value and guide technology adoption.
• Contribute to reusable AI service frameworks and SDKs for use across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience across planning, building, delivering, and maintaining high‑quality and cost‑effective software systems.
• Proven experience in React or Angular and Node.js, Python, or Java, along with databases (Postgre
  
  SQL, Mongo
  
  DB, Chroma, or similar), building and consuming REST and Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration—serving models, integrating APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, Vertex AI, etc.), and building data workflows.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
• Commitment to software quality, data privacy, and security compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
