Skillsand Requirements
Strong programming skills in C/C /Java/Python
Experience in system software and/or low‑level firmware validation
Familiarity with compliance frameworks like Arm System Ready, SBSA is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of software quality, ARM architecture, Linux, and RTOS programming
Deep understanding of test methodology and the software development cycle
Demonstrated experience in test automation development, source code management, continuous integration, script programming, and test framework development
Outstanding problem‑solving abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to optimize and effectively manage time
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1 year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2 years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C , Java, Python, etc.
As a Senior Engineer, you will:
Gather requirements and develop effective test strategies
Plan and develop new test contents, processes and frameworks to execute on the strategy.
Interface with cross‑functional teams to review test plans, collect information for test development and automation
Debug test failures, collaborating to isolate and resolve issues
Work with technology teams to leverage common test methods and frameworks
Study OEM experience and requirements to enhance test solutions across products
Deliver high‑quality output on assigned tasks with some supervision
Use verbal and written communication skills to convey routine information to knowledgeable colleagues
Exercise creativity in troubleshooting technical challenges and navigating novel circumstances
Conduct limited data analysis as needed
