• Strong programming skills in Python, Shell/Bash, Java and C/C++
• Familiarity with compliance suites at OS‑level like Redhat, Ubuntu, CentOS and Chip‑level like ARM System Ready, SBSA, B  is a plus
• Strong understanding of core OS concepts such as memory management, scheduling, NUMA, storage, virtualization, and secure boot.
• Deep understanding of server workloads and performance benchmarking for data‑center environment
• Deep expertise in software quality principles, ARM‑based architectures, Linux systems
• Proven expertise in developing automated test solutions, managing source code repositories, implementing CI workflows, scripting, and building robust test frameworks
• Contributions to open‑source software and up streaming is an advantage
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
• Experience with real‑world server workloads, performance optimization, and practical deployment scenarios

• Gather requirements and define effective test strategies, including planning and developing new test content, processes, and frameworks.
• Drive technical excellence by setting high standards for test automation, quality, and compliance across projects.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Influence cross‑functional decisions by providing strategic input on test frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve testability and upstream fixes where applicable.
• Incorporate OEM requirements and feedback to enhance test solutions across multiple products, and automate industry standard benchmarks for CPU validation.
• Leverage common test methods and frameworks in partnership with technology teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Apply creativity and problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot technical challenges and navigate novel circumstances.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• Master’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in test/automation development or a related discipline preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
