We’re looking for a Sr. SDET to lead test‑automation, tooling, and CI/CD initiatives in a sophisticated environment, partnering with engineers, product owners, and designers.

• Design and implement libraries and tooling for automation frameworks.
• Work closely with console developers to ensure automated test coverage for new features and bug fixes.
• Engage in cross‑team test initiatives for evolving features.
• Drive high standards of quality for engineering decisions and customer‑facing features.
• Provide technical leadership within and across scrum teams.
• Create design and process artifacts to define scope and provide clarity for technical product implementations.
• Manage short‑ and long‑term test and automation initiatives.
• Come up with innovative solutions to organizational problems.
• Drive a customer‑focused approach to the product.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent knowledge.
• 5 years of experience in UI and/or API automation.
• Experience with Python

• Experience with Selenium or Appium, or another front‑end automation framework.
• Familiarity with a modern web application framework (preferably React).
• Hands‑on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test execution in Jenkins or similar environments.
• Experience working with databases for backend validation.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Test or development experience on a non‑PC device (phone, game console, set‑top box, etc.).
• Experience with React Native.
• Experience writing test code for a game console.
