As a Lead .NET Core Developer, you will be part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Tools Engineering team supporting cutting‑edge application development. • Lead an Agile development team in the creation and implementation of new and existing technology frameworks.
• Architect and build scalable, robust, and performant applications focusing on user experience.
• Develop complex and highly interactive user interfaces using the React UI framework.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable APIs to support front‑end applications.
• Integrate AI capabilities directly into applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on full‑stack development.
• 5+ years of experience in software development using C# (.NET Core) and Python.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud deployments (GCP, AWS, Azure, Open Shift).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading development teams.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and practices.
