AI Integration Engineer; LATAM

Ship MCP servers and AI agents into production from day one, working directly with the founder in Claude Code. Based in Latin America for real-time overlap with US hours. Eightx is a growth-economics consultancy serving ecommerce, DTC and CPG brands doing $2M–$150M in revenue. We are building an internal AI agent system, with three agents already live in production, and you will be the engineer who builds everything next.

You will own: building MCP servers in Node.js that connect our AI agents to external APIs (Fireflies, Gmail, Go High Level , Google Sheets, Meta Ads); writing skills and .md files;
Google Sheets automation; infrastructure work with Docker and SSH; and fast debugging. Non-negotiables: you use Claude Code or Cursor as your primary development environment, you ship the same day a spec is clear, you are strong in Node.js, Docker, and REST/GraphQL integration, and you understand how LLMs ingest information.
