RADAR is seeking a Staff iOS Engineer to shape Radar’s mobile and cross-platform strategy and influence engineering direction beyond the iOS team. You will lead the redesign and rebuild of our mobile apps, while remaining hands-on in the code and setting long-term architecture with autonomy and cross-functional impact.
You will mentor staff and senior engineers, drive multi-quarter initiatives, and guide major platform choices across mobile, backend, and design teams as Radar scales.
