Equinox is looking for Front Desk Manager on Duty to join the Equinox team at its state-of-the-art location in San Diego. This is a perfect for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
• Ability to coach and lead a team
• Assist AGM in hiring, training and supervising staff
• Professionally greet members and guests
• Scan membership ’s
• Answer phones
• Update members’ accounts
• Maintain an orderly lobby area
• Availability to work opening shifts
