Orange theory Fitness White lake is open, and we’re looking for passionate, high-energy coaches to help elevate our studio and community.

If you love leading powerful workouts, motivating members, and being part of a supportive, driven team, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a studio that already has a strong foundation — and is ready to grow even stronger.

As an Orange theory Fitness Coach, you’ll lead heart-rate-based, technology-tracked, science-backed workouts that challenge, inspire, and transform lives.

• Lead dynamic, pre-designed, full-body group workouts with confidence and energy
• Motivate and connect with members to help them reach and exceed their fitness goals
• Coach proper form, technique, and safety throughout every class
• Offer modifications to meet a wide range of fitness levels and needs
• Confidently demonstrate and coach using Orange theory equipment and technology
• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy studio culture

• Passion for fitness and a genuine love for coaching and motivating others
• Certifications: Current certification from an Orange theory-approved organization (ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFAA, etc.) plus AED/CPR
• Experience: 1–2 years of group fitness or personal training experience preferred
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of exercise physiology, body mechanics, and movement patterns
• Team mindset: Collaborative, dependable, and positive

• $35-$75 per class based on class size
• $15 per hour for duties outside of Coaching ( Member calls, attending events, etc.)
