This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Diego, CA. The Aquatics Coordinator will oversee, plan, and implement aquatics programs, including swim lessons, lifeguarding services, and safety measures. Responsibilities include training and supervising aquatics staff, ensuring a safe environment, maintaining pool standards and compliance, and delivering high-quality swim instruction. The coordinator will also work with participants, staff, and community members to foster an inclusive and supportive environment.

• Experience in Swim Instruction and conducting Swim Lessons
• Proficiency in Aquatics management, including safety protocols
• Skills in Lifeguarding and overseeing safe-swimming practices
• Demonstrated expertise in Swimming techniques
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of pool maintenance and safety regulations is a plus
• Lifeguard certification and swim instructor certification are preferred
• Passion for promoting health and working with diverse groups of people
