• Operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently, ensuring passengers reach their destinations in a seamless manner.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, fuel buses, and log trip counts.
• Assist disabled passengers and provide city directions, ensuring a positive customer experience aligned with the SP+ Promise.
• Adhere to uniform and timekeeping requirements and maintain a valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, or oil spills to the garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets as authorized and assist with luggage or other traveling items, especially at airport locations.
• Support facility operations as needed.

• Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections, clean interiors, fuel vehicles, log counts, and assist disabled passengers.
• Show up every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable DMV record.
• Report accidents, violations, hazards, or unusual events in a timely manner.
• Communicate spills and other hazards to the garage office.
• Assist customers with luggage at airport locations.
• Assist the Facility Manager with additional duties as needed.

• Less than high school education or one month of related experience.
• Valid CDL Class A, B or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability to work 3rd shift or weekends if required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and to write simple correspondence.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide two‑digit and larger numbers.
• Maintain a neat, clean appearance and uniform at all times.
• Physical demands: stand, walk, handle cash, occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.

$23.00 per hour (+ tips). Tips are eligible.
