We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving / Inventory Associate to support daily operations, including managing inbound/outbound shipments and maintaining accurate inventory of test equipment and materials.
Responsibilities- Track, receive, and ship products, materials, and equipment
- Organize and maintain warehouse and shipping areas
- Store and track inventory using management software and barcode scanners
- Maintain accurate documentation of all shipped and received goods
- Coordinate with logistics, test equipment, and customer service teams
- 3–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
- Strong MS Office and inventory software skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Experience with Service Now or Microsoft Teams is a plus
