Gilat Wavestream provides advanced satellite communication technologies for mission‑critical applications, serving defense, commercial, and mobility markets worldwide.

We are seeking a hands‑on Controller to take ownership of accounting, reporting, and financial planning activities for a growing business unit. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting expertise with a business‑oriented mindset, enjoys working independently, and is eager to become a trusted business partner supporting operational and financial decision‑making.

Salary Range: 140K-150K

• Lead all controllership activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, forecasts, and budgets.
• Partner closely with business leaders and support financial decision‑making across the organization.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights on actual results versus forecasts and budgets.
• Support compliance with public company requirements, internal controls, and SOX‑related processes.
• Collaborate with accounting staff and provide professional guidance and leadership.
• Drive process improvements and help scale financial operations in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Work closely with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong accounting and controllership background.
