In this role, you will

perform amended filing functions as assigned. Meets both quality and production standards established for this level. Respond to Agency, Payroll Center and Client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Monitor established turnaround guidelines.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities

File/original and late original tax returns timely in accordance with Agency, Region and Client requirements. Research client, agency and payroll center inquiries and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor. Assist in training of new employees and procedures. Develops and updates current filing/research records and procedure. Telephone contact with internal and external areas.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

What You Can Expect On a Typical Day

File/original and late original tax returns timely in accordance with Agency, Region and Client requirements.
Research client, agency and payroll center inquiries and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Requirements

Thorough knowledge of research and filing procedures and resources.
Thorough knowledge of the automated tax system.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Meets deadlines with accuracy.
Organizational skills are a must.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
High School Diploma

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.

The compensation for this role is USD $17.02 - USD $30.14 / Hour*

Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
