We are seeking a creative and social media-savvy Social Media & Video Content Creator Intern to support marketing and branding initiatives for a real estate office and its agents. This internship is ideal for candidates passionate about content creation, video production, social media marketing, and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate enjoys filming, editing, staying current with social media trends, and creating engaging digital content that helps grow brand visibility and audience engagement.

The company is a real estate brokerage focused on supporting agents through modern marketing strategies, digital branding, and social media-driven audience engagement. The team values creativity, collaboration, and innovative marketing approaches within the real estate industry.

• Create and execute engaging social media content for the office and real estate agents
• Film video content including property tours, listing videos, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and lifestyle reels
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and You Tube
• Assist agents with personal branding and digital content strategies
• Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns, creative concepts, and content planning
• Attend office events, property tours, and promotional activities to capture content
• Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, Digital Content, Business, or a related field
• Experience using video editing tools such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and You Tube
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling abilities
• Comfortable filming people and directing basic video scenes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in real estate, branding, influencer marketing, or digital media
• Previous experience with social media management or content creation
• Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement strategies
• Experience creating short-form viral or trend-based content

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation
• Exposure to branding and social media strategy within the real estate industry
