• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed.
• Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.
• Greet customers warmly, assist purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and safe store; follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age‑restricted sales.
• Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.

• Experience:
  
  2‑4 years in a supervisory or customer‑service role.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Mobility:
  Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel to nearby stores when needed.
