Accountant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk, Tax Accountant

Position Overview

We are looking for an Accountant with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in bookkeeping and preparing tax returns. Prior accounting firm experience is strongly preferred
. This role can be structured as either part‑time or full‑time, depending on the candidate’s availability and fit.

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping for clients and/or internal accounts
• Prepare individual and business tax returns
• Reconcile accounts and perform month‑end and year‑end closing activities
• Assist with financial reports, statements, and analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Communicate with clients or internal teams as needed

• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience
• Strong bookkeeping and tax return preparation skills
• Experience in an accounting firm preferred
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
