As the Sales Analyst Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping leadership make informed, strategic decisions. You’ll manage reporting systems, optimize sales processes, and provide insights that directly impact revenue growth and customer experience.
What You’ll Do:- Lead the design and implementation of sales reporting, forecasting, and analytics tools.
- Manage lead tracking and CRM performance, ensuring opportunities are captured, prioritized, and measured effectively.
- Collaborate across teams to streamline sales processes and improve pipeline visibility.
- Analyze performance trends and develop actionable recommendations to enhance sales efficiency and results.
- Support the rollout of new systems, dashboards, and process improvements that help the team scale smarter.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or commercial management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and reporting tools.
