Great practice opportunity for an independent Doctor of Optometry. You operate the doctor’s office as your private independent practice while providing high quality optometric care and services to your patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. Professional fee schedule is yours to decide and you keep the associated patient revenues for professional services that you deliver.

• Autonomy: Complete professional autonomy to practice exactly as you decide; no company-imposed restrictions, interference or quotas; scope of practice predicated only on your professional direction.
• Schedule: Flexible practice arrangements and schedules including part-time commitments; options to add to an existing practice schedule.
• Equipment: Furnished office and well-equipped exam lane(s) included in your rent agreement; online appointment book; automated appointment book and patient recall system.
• Initial Investment: Independent practice model affords an easy entry into your own practice with minimal financial risk or obligations.
• Getting Started: From your first exam you’ll have everything you need including brand-supplied onboarding support.

Your full-scope independent practice is waiting. As the Optometrist, you will provide high-quality optometric care and services to patients, operating your office as an independent practice while collaborating with the adjacent optical dispensary.

Pay Range: $500/day – $600/day

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
