Crossway Church SFV seeks an Associate Pastor to shepherd the congregation through Word-centered teaching, discipleship, and pastoral care. You will work with elders to develop leaders, oversee Youth Ministries, and grow in eldership readiness.
Primary focus is pastoral ministry to the whole church, with gospel-centered living, family accountability, and scriptural oversight as you pursue eldership in time.
