Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year‑round Turbo Tax Local Service Experts in one of our new Turbo Tax locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a Turbo Tax – Local Service Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

About the Role:

In this role, you will work on‑site from a Turbo Tax location as part of a collaborative team of financial experts, serving in‑person and virtual customers who use Intuit Turbo Tax products.

This role is nonexempt and requires onsite presence at a Turbo Tax location in the United States.

Provide Tax Expertise – Give hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for Turbo Tax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimisation, amendments). Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimise tax liabilities, maximise refunds and provide future tax planning advice. Utilize resources such as government websites, professional tools and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in a personalised everyday language.

Be a Proactive Community Ambassador – Embody a “community ambassador” and “business owner” mindset to actively build and grow a new local customer base for Turbo Tax. As a primary driver of local growth, you will own your market—identifying and pursuing prospects through targeted outreach, grass‑roots marketing initiatives, referral networks and community partnerships. Serve as the local face of Turbo Tax, converting new prospects into loyal, long‑term clients.

Organise and lead local events such as financial literacy workshops, community pop‑ups and networking gatherings with the support of Turbo Tax marketing tools and resources, to create consistent opportunities for customer engagement and brand awareness.

Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem – Act as a trusted guide for every client by developing a deep understanding of their complete financial picture and connecting them with Intuit solutions best positioned to move them forward. As you build relationships through tax engagements and collaborative client meetings, identify opportunities to introduce clients to complementary services such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning or Credit Karma that meaningfully address their needs.

Your role is not simply to deliver a service, but to ensure every client leaves with a clearer path and the full weight of Intuit’s resources behind them for year‑round support.

Build Relationships – Connect with people, demonstrate understanding and sensitivity to their financial concerns and build the long‑term trust that turns a one‑time transaction into a loyal, multi‑year relationship.

Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – Create an exceptional customer experience, professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals (e.g., saving for retirement, college funds, weddings or vacations). Interact with customers both in‑person and through Intuit’s state‑of‑the‑art video communication tools. Address client inquiries while helping them overcome tax‑related challenges.
