We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with 5–10 years of overall experience and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on Material Review Board (MRB) experience, preferably in the aerospace/manufacturing industry.
The role requires hands‑on involvement in nonconformance evaluation, physical inspection of parts when required, coordination with cross‑functional stakeholders, conducting Quality Clinic meetings, and driving quality issues through timely disposition and closure.
Required Experience & Skills- 5–10 years of overall Quality/Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on MRB experience – Mandatory.
- Strong experience in nonconformance management and MRB disposition processes.
- Experience with NCR/NCMR/QN or equivalent quality notification systems.
- Strong engineering drawing and GD&T interpretation skills.
- Hands‑on ability to inspect and evaluate parts when required.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and inspection processes.
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and CAPA.
- Experience conducting or coordinating Quality Clinic / cross‑functional quality meetings.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
- Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102 is preferred.
