Job OverviewGolden Touch Construction, Inc., a trusted family‑owned business serving Southern California for over 25 years, is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent / Lead Finish Carpenter to oversee residential construction and remodeling projects. This hybrid role combines expert‑level carpentry with site leadership, ensuring high‑quality execution from framing to finish. You'll manage daily site operations, lead carpentry crews, and coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional, detail‑driven projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage daily operations on residential construction and remodeling job sites
- Lead and schedule carpentry crews for efficiency, quality, and safety
- Execute high‑end finish carpentry tasks including cabinetry, custom built‑ins, trim, doors, and framing
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications
- Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
- Monitor budgets, materials, and timelines to ensure project delivery standards
- Conduct on‑site problem solving, proactively addressing challenges
- Maintain safe, clean, and OSHA‑compliant job sites
- Mentor and train team members in finish carpentry and site practices
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to Golden Touch standards
- 5+ years in residential construction as a Lead Carpenter, Site Supervisor, or equivalent
- Mastery of finish carpentry including custom cabinetry, trim work, and woodworking
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding project documentation
- Knowledge of building codes, jobsite safety, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
