Maintenance Technician - Sylmar

Enterprise Mobility is inviting applications for a Maintenance Technician at its Pre‑Owned reconditioning center in Sylmar, CA.

The role focuses on automotive repairs and preventive maintenance services, performing stringent 109‑point inspections on vehicles selected for the Car Sales division. Prior experience in used‑car reconditioning is a plus.

Compensation starts at $20.25 per hour, with additional pay for each valid ASE certification.

Full‑time (40 hours per week) Monday‑Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

• Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Perform in‑fleet servicing on new cars as required.
• Perform buy‑back/turn‑back servicing as required.
• Maintain company standards, keeping the Out‑Of‑Service rate at or below 2%.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of one year experience with mechanical service procedures, or a graduate of a mechanic trade school.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and handle tools, equipment, and materials; ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch (medium‑duty labor).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability as scheduled above.
