Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Associate to join the Real Estate Assurance practice, able to sit in various offices. We seek someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

- Prepare budgets for each engagement.
- Manage client engagements, including pre-audit planning.
- Review client accounting, operating procedures, and internal control systems.
- Conduct audit tests to verify the fair presentation of financial statements.
- Document work papers and develop accounting worksheets.
- Research technical issues.
- Review staff work papers and programs.
- Identify issues and propose solutions.
- Keep managers/partners informed on the job status.
- Communicate effectively with clients to complete audits efficiently.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagements.
- Assess staff performance for evaluations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 2 years of audit and/or assurance experience.
- Experience working with real estate clients.
- CPA or progress towards certification.
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Salary and LocationIn Minnesota, the salary range is $80,000 - $107,000 USD annually. Other locations may vary. The actual salary depends on experience and other factors.
