About the RoleWe are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Controller to join a publicly traded company. This key finance leader will oversee the full accounting function—including General Ledger, SEC reporting, payroll and equity administration.
This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and systems‑savvy accounting leader with public accounting roots and experience in a scaling SaaS environment.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
- Background in both public accounting and in‑house accounting/controllership at a high‑growth publicly traded SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Prior Big‑4 experience and CPA required.
