What

we’re looking for
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in advancing a career within public accounting.
  • Ability to work a consistent weekly schedule and be onsite at San Francisco, CA office during standard business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
    ), with flexibility as needed.
  • Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
You can expect to
  • Prepare and assemble tax returns using information provided by clients.
  • Assist the Tax Department with day-to-day tasks such as word processing, scanning, data entry, copying, report assembly, and other administrative support as needed.
  • Help with the processing of tax returns following BPM procedures, including updating client status and due date information, running reports, and preparing returns for delivery.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the team to support smooth department operations.
Additional notes about this role
  • This is a full‑time role beginning in January 2025 and concluding on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
  • This is an onsite position and requires working in the office to complete assigned tasks.
  • Most team members in this role will work approximately 40 hours per week.
  • The pay range for this position is $18–$25 per hour
    , depending on experience.
