Full Charge Bookkeeper

Century Group is excited to share a great opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a construction company in San Francisco. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $52,000 to $83,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Maintain accurate financial records for the company
• Process payroll for employees WEEKLY
• Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manger
• Prepare financial reports for management as needed
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Help out with HR functions: managing the 401 k, admin,
• Handle W2s and 1099s
• Handle Quarterly taxes and year end

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
• Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
• Certified payroll experience
• Construction experience
