Accounting Clerk - Accounts Payable Specialist

Ace Plumbing & Rooter in San Francisco, CA is seeking a detail-oriented, driven individual to join our finance team as a full-time Accounting Clerk - Accounts Payable Specialist

This is a full-time finance position, working Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

As our Accounting Clerk - Accounts Payable Specialist, your day begins with reviewing and refining our payable systems, ensuring that each step-from invoice entry to final payment-is performed efficiently and accurately. You'll process payables with precision, keeping vendors paid on time and the books impeccably balanced. Your finance reports will help guide our leadership in strategic financial decisions, and your process improvements will help keep our operations running smoother than ever.

You'll play a critical financial role in supporting our business behind the scenes-an essential piece of what keeps Ace Plumbing & Rooter thriving.

• Quick Books experience
• Accounts payable experience

A keen eye for spotting opportunities to save money is highly preferred. Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
