The Accountant I provides financial and administrative support to the Accounting Department. The Accountant I verifies invoices for over 35 private foundation clients, provides proper coding and obtains appropriate approvals for payment. General duties include processing invoices in the accounting software so that they are ready for payment by the Accountant II, reconciling processed work and ensures that aging reports tie to general ledger balances.
Regular weekly attendance in the PFS offices is an essential function of this job.
Compensation Range: $33.25/hour - $36.00/hour DOE (FTE $64,800 ‐ $70,200)
