Senior Fund Accountant | Asset Management Firm | San Francisco;

Responsibilities Own day-to-day accounting and operations for private investment funds

Manage NAVs, capital activity, liquidity, subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions

Support investment closings, funding, exits, and portfolio activity

Review NAV packages, investor allocations, financial statements, and fee calculations

Partner with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and investment teams

Support investor reporting, valuation, and GAAP financial reporting

Review activity against fund documents and fee terms

Support onboarding of new fund structures

Improve controls, processes, and automation
