Senior Accountant | Real Estate Investment & Development Firm | San Francisco;

Responsibilities Manage GL, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations

Prepare financial and partner reporting

Support budgeting, forecasting, tax, and audit

Handle job costing and construction draws

Maintain partner capital and waterfall calculations

Review loan and partnership agreements

Partner with development and construction teams

Support special projects and process improvements
