Salary: $24 - $31.25 per hour

• Genuine autonomy — you own your book, your cadence, and your outreach strategy
• A leader who is hands-on, has executive backing, and is actively championing for her team's resources
• Contract-to-hire with real intent to convert, not a "try before you buy and ghost" setup
• Ground-floor exposure to a new collections automation platform going live in the next few months
• An email-first, relationship-driven collections culture — this is not a smile-and-dial call center role

• Own collections on non-disputed accounts within a high-volume, high-complexity aging portfolio
• Proactively pull aging reports, send statements/notices, and drive outreach before accounts become a problem — not just reacting to disputes
• Track and manage a defined portfolio with consistent follow-up cadence
• Route any disputed accounts to the dedicated dispute-resolution team
• Work daily in Net Suite; ramp onto a new collections automation platform as it rolls out

• Solid collections/AR background — comfortable owning a portfolio end to end
• Net Suite experience required
• Ability to adapt to a non-standard, high-volume process (this isn't textbook collections)
• Strong written communication skills — this is an email-first motion
• Comfortable operating in a still-being-built, fast-scaling environment
