Responsibilities Manage monthly and quarterly close and reconciliations across funds and SPVsPrepare NAV, capital accounts, allocations, and shadow-book schedules

Coordinate with fund administrators, audit, and tax providers

Prepare LP reporting and supporting schedules

Support valuations, comparable company analysis, and quarterly performance reporting

Prepare transaction wire packages and supporting documentation

Maintain cash, investment, portfolio, and operational trackers

Support regulatory filing processes

Improve finance systems and processes

Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across the finance function
