Senior Payroll Specialist

We’re partnering with a well-established professional services organization is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join its finance team and serve as a key subject matter expert for payroll operations.

This role offers the opportunity to own complex payroll processes, influence operational improvements, and partner closely with finance and HR leadership. The team is looking for someone who not only processes payroll accurately but also brings ideas, identifies efficiencies, and stays ahead of regulatory changes affecting payroll compliance.

Key areas of focus include:

• Multi-state payroll administration
• ADP expertise
• Complex non-exempt payroll processing
• Process improvement initiatives
• Legislative and regulatory monitoring

Ideal candidates will have strong payroll leadership experience, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in optimizing processes. CPP certification is strongly preferred, and experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable.
