We are hiring an experienced Tax Senior to join the team. In this role, you will own a varied portfolio of individual, business, and fiduciary tax engagements from preparation through review-ready delivery, research complex tax questions, and build lasting client relationships. • Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals (1040), corporations (1120/1120‑S), partnerships (1065), estates and gifts (706/709), and trusts (1041).
• Research tax issues and document conclusions clearly for reviewers and clients.
• Manage multiple engagements at once, prioritizing deadlines and keeping work moving through tax season and extension periods.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, clarify open items, and explain tax positions.
• Collaborate with junior staff by delegating, answering questions, and reviewing their work as appropriate.
• Partner with managers and shareholders to escalat?
• Assist with tax planning, projections, and estimated payment calculations.
• Maintain accurate work papers and files in line with firm standards.

• 8+ years of experience in public accounting, focused on tax compliance.
• Hands‑on experience preparing individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust returns.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and solid research skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle a high volume of complex projects simultaneously, with strong project and time management skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a team-player mindset.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.

• Active CPA license (preferred) or Enrolled Agent credential.
• Experience with estate, gift, and trust planning or fiduciary returns.
• Exposure to foreign tax filings and international reporting.
• Experience with IRS audit representation.
• Experience with professional tax software such as CCH Axcess, Ultra Tax, or Lacerte.

• Monday–Friday, during regular business hours
• Salary: $140,000–$175,000 USD OTE per year.
