Accounting Manager​/Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to lead core accounting operations for a SaaS or technology-focused organization in San Francisco, California. This role will oversee the close process, maintain accurate financial records, and support audit readiness across the business. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in both public and private accounting environments, along with hands-on experience using Net Suite.

Responsibilities:

Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Manage general ledger integrity by reviewing journal entries, account activity, and supporting documentation.

Perform and oversee bank and balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies efficiently.

Prepare financial data and schedules required for external and internal audit activities. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen accounting processes and maintain compliance with established standards. Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and provide guidance to team members on reporting and close requirements.

Use Net Suite to monitor transactions, maintain financial records, and improve reporting accuracy. Support special accounting initiatives and process improvements as business needs evolve.
