About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is central to ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our financial operations as we scale. You will own core accounting processes in Net Suite, manage monthly closes, and strengthen reporting controls across the parent company and subsidiaries.
This is a hands-on position for someone with proven Net Suite expertise, CPA credentials, and experience in manufacturing and inventory environments. You will work closely with our Finance Operations Manager to ensure precision in our books, compliance with accounting standards, and scalable processes to support rapid growth.
What You’ll Do Here- Lead the month-end close process across the parent company and two small subsidiaries, completing within ten business days.
- Ensure accurate reconciliations in Net Suite, including COGS, debt schedules, asset tracking, AP/AR, and other balance sheet items.
- Clean up and validate historical transactions, including migrating and updating data from legacy ERPs (Quick Books, Sage).
- Manage external accounting contractors to complete accounting and reporting requirements from management.
- Oversee ERP integrity, ensuring Net Suite reflects accurate, real-time data.
- Support external audit processes and maintain compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide granular reporting on key metrics such as margins, time to payment, and deal data segmented by region, product family, channel, and deal type.
- Partner with the Finance Operations Manager to ensure accurate project costing, and vendor/client communications.
- Maintain oversight of inventory and work in process accuracy.
- 6-10 years of related accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant at some point prior.
- Hands-on Net Suite accounting and reconciliation experience across parent and subsidiaries.
- Strong background in manufacturing and inventory accounting.
- Quick Books experience.
- Proven ability to lead month-end close processes independently.
- Experience participating in or leading a financial audit.
- Prior experience in high-growth or acquisition-heavy environments.
- Familiarity with migrating financial data from multiple ERPs.

- Salary Range: $140-195k
- When: We're looking to fill this role immediately
- Where: SF 3x/week ideal, open to fully remote candidates outside of the Bay Area
