The firm specializes in transforming complex land projects into thriving mixed-use communities, offering exposure to multi-entity accounting, joint ventures, and real estate development.💡 What You’ll DoPrepare journal entries, accruals, allocations, and intercompany transactions across multiple entities

Manage general ledger reconciliations and support monthly and quarterly financial reporting

Participate in month-end close across multiple entities and development projects

Assist with quarterly reforecasts, annual budgets, and development cost tracking

Support joint venture reporting, external audits, tax preparation, and lender compliance requests

Provide backup AP support, including invoice coding, entity allocation, vendor coordination, and payment processing

Ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with internal controls
