I'm working on an opportunity with a fast-growing, vertically integrated real estate investment firm in San Francisco with a strong track record across real estate investment, development, and advisory services.

The firm is growing and looking for a Senior Accountant to join its team and work closely with the construction, development, and investment professionals.

The best part? Much of the routine accounting work is outsourced, allowing you to focus on financial reporting, reviewing transactions, and supporting real estate projects that matter.💡 What You'll DoReview invoices and ensure expenses are accurately coded and allocated

Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for joint venture partners

Work closely with construction and development teams on project accounting

Support construction draw processes, with templates and training provided

Review general ledger activity and help maintain accurate financial records

Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting questions

Contribute to reporting and process improvements as the firm continues to grow
