About Lindy

We're on a mission to free humanity from work. What if your AI teammate could manage your inbox, run your calendar, manage your meetings, communicate with clients, and close deals?

As crazy as it sounds, humanity has already freed itself once — from hard, menial work. We’re just finishing the job, using AI agents to automate all knowledge work.

Our goal is to build AI employees that can collaborate with humans and other AI employees across all channels (email, Slack, Zoom, phone calls, etc), pursue ambiguous goals in dynamic contexts, and continuously learn from their experience.

The Role

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Lindy, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the founder, own calendar management, lead company onboarding, and coordinate with external contractors and agencies. This role requires exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous dynamic startup culture.

We are an in-office company and this role will require in-office presence 5 days a week.

  • Partner with Recruiting to collaborate the CEO’s calendar and interviews

  • Manage Accounts Payable with the support of the company accountants

  • Managing software permissions (e.g. granting access to teammates)

  • Go‑to resource for employee needs as pertains to HR, Immigration and other day to day needs

  • Additional tasks as needed

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a startup or high‑growth environment working for C‑suite level executives
