Process Coordinator - Subpoena Fulfillment

* Review and prepare responses to subpoenas and government agency requests for customer account information consistent with the best interests of customer / company
* Interact with business lines to research account systems of record to compile requested information.
* Evaluate account information received from all business lines to ensure completeness, quality, and accuracy consistent with subpoena requests.
* Communicate with requesting parties/agencies to resolve ambiguous requests.
* Notate relevant request and response information in system of record
* Manage workload in an efficient manner to insure requests are completed timely and within stated team benchmarks
* Identify and solve issues within scope and escalate to management in a timely manner
* Actively support and comply with team and department objectives
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
* Assist with team administrative functions, reporting, and special projects (as needed)
* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification, or military experience
* At least 1 year of experience in Google Workspace and Excel
* Bachelor’s degree
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and time management
* 1+ years of experience in a law firm OR legal department
* 1+ years of experience in financial services industry
