A Food Manufacturing company is seeking an Entry-Level General Affairs Coordinator to join their team in San Francisco, CA. This position is responsible for the company’s administrative functions as well as maintaining human resource related records, ensuring the policies and regulations are being followed, and coordination of human resource related programs. A bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of administrative / office experience is required.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, hybrid (after training period), excellent benefits and 401k.
   
   This position is urgently hiring. Must be a flexible person.
   
   Entry-Level General Affairs Coordinator Duties:
   
-Assisting and coordinating company and office events/activities.
   
-Managing office issues such as maintaining the phone system, offsite document storage, parking ticket processing, and carpet cleaning
   
-Holiday Materials Coordination: manage the entire process for corporate calendars, holiday cards, and holiday gift chocolates
   
-Invoice Management: handling all invoices pertaining to the general office environment and the company house.
   
-Arranging and escorting vendors for office equipment repairs and general maintenance.
   
-Providing backup support to the Office Services Coordinator
   
-Assisting with recruitment by scheduling interviews as requested.
   
-Supporting new employee onboarding and orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
   
-Preparing the necessary paperwork to establish new employee profiles and personnel files including properly filing and maintaining all employee records.
   
-Set up internal interviews and onboard new employees
   
-Must be highly flexible and service oriented

Skills:

-Must have Bachelor's degree
   
-Must have 1-2 years of administrative / office experience
   
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
   
-Maintain good communication and relationships with executive management, office staff, and outside contacts
