THE JOB
  • Strategically manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Handle incoming & outgoing communications with discretion, confidentiality, and urgency
  • Process expense reports and invoices
  • Research and implement new administrative processes to enhance productivity
  • Event planning and coordination, including team offsites and external meetings
ABOUT YOU:
You're naturally proactive and adept at managing conflicting priorities. You always strive for excellence and proudly operate as the guiding force behind a company's success

On top of these characteristics, you'll need to have:
  • 5+ years experience supporting a VP, or similar high-level executive directly in an Executive Search Firm, Recruiting or Staffing firm
  • Experience with Thrive TRM is a must
  • Discretion and maturity to work with sensitive information
  • Adaptability to manage shifting schedules and changing priorities
  • High-quality written English with a discerning eye for detail and confident communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
