Office Manager and Administrative Assistant
Office Manager and Administrative Assistant – San Francisco, CA
Responsibilities- Assist in vendor relationship management
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service, etc.)
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- 100% Onsite (M‑F 7:30 am - 4:00 pm)
- Proficiency: GSuite and Ticketing Systems
- No task too small mentality
- Proficiency with Asana tools is a plus
- $25.95 - $30.27 per hour
