Salary: $3,758.00 – $4,710.00 per month (New‑to‑State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of the alternate range when applicable.)

Responsibilities- Act as administrative support staff for the Specialty Region Office under the direction of a Staff Services Manager.
- Intake customer complaints from the public and District 4 Customer Services Liaison; dispatch to responsible crews and create Service Requests in the IMMS System.
- Maintain Customer Services Liaison and Service Request logs.
- Receive and distribute payroll; assist staff with filing various documents.
- Create and track GLS overnight mail deliveries and other duties as required.
- Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. No telework or alternate schedules are available.
- Eligibility determined by score on the Office Technician (General) exam or being on the state examination list for newcomers.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license when operating a state‑owned or leased vehicle.
- Proof of minimum qualifications verified prior to interview and/or appointment (unofficial transcripts, diplomas, certifications, foreign transcript equivalency if applicable).
- Compliance with all application instructions and submission of required documents.
