We’re a well-funded, high-growth AI company experiencing significant momentum and rapidly scaling our team and business. As the company enters its next phase of growth, we’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and help create leverage across a fast-moving organization.
This is a highly trusted, high-autonomy role for someone who is proactive, organized, discreet, and comfortable operating in an environment where priorities move quickly.
We’re looking for someone who can stay several steps ahead, exercise strong judgment, and become a true extension of the CEO. You should be equally comfortable managing complex logistics, interacting with senior stakeholders, and jumping into broader operational needs when required.
This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with an expectation of being in the office three days/ week (Tu/Wed/Thurs) in the Financial District.
What You’ll Do- Own complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries.
- Anticipate conflicts, shifting priorities, and upcoming needs before they become issues.
- Manage meeting preparation, follow-ups, and communication with key stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact across employees, investors, partners, and external relationships.
- Help keep the CEO organized across multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and operational needs as they arise.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior executive support role.
- Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive, ideally in a high-growth technology company.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Strong judgment and comfort making decisions independently.
- Highly proactive with an ability to anticipate needs rather than wait for direction.
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal instincts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Discreet, trustworthy, resourceful, and low ego.
