Automotive Service Manager (Full Time) – Miami Gardens

Midas is dedicated to quality automotive services in inspection, diagnosis and repair. We are seeking an automotive service manager to direct all service department activities in a retail store selling tires and automotive parts.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by listening and consulting customers.
• Strong sales ability and ability to achieve sales goals and increase overall shop sales.
• Follow up with customers on services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and provide comprehensive recommendations through computerized repair orders and parts sourcing.
• Discuss pricing estimates and promote shop service specials with customers.
• Lead, manage, and train team while aligning with company vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed.
• Supervise up to ten employees.
• Maintain inventory counts and overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• General automotive knowledge.
• Leadership ability.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Sundays and national holidays OFF.

Competitive salary range: $75,000.00 - $ per year.
