We’re looking for talented Automotive Technicians who excel in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting and are passionate about delivering high‑quality, transparent auto care. • Competitive Hourly Pay:
  Up to $60 per hour based on years of experience
• Performance Bonus:
  Up to $10 per billable hour

  • Level A – $6,000

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems
• Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team
• Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high‑quality service
• Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement

• Level A: 7‑10+ years of experience – up to $60 per hour
• Level B: 2‑7 years of experience – up to $45 per hour
• Tire Tech / Level C: 6 months‑2 years of experience – up to $32 per hour

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand‑tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Keep a brisk work pace in a high‑volume environment
• Efficiently navigate a computer
